A regional GP making a referral call from her clinic

For referral partners

A single local door you can point people to

For GPs, psychologists and allied health, RSL sub-branches, ex-service organisations and first responder support networks across the Darling Downs.

How to refer someone

  1. 1. Contact Rally Point directly to discuss the referral — a warm handover, not a form-first process.
  2. 2. With consent, Rally Point will make contact, understand the situation, and coordinate the next step.
  3. 3. Follow-up continues until the person is genuinely connected with support, not just referred.

What happens after a referral

  • Rally Point makes contact, usually within one business day.
  • A plain conversation to identify what's actually needed.
  • Navigation of the relevant systems — DVA, health, housing, employment, community.
  • A warm introduction to the right service, with context provided.
  • A follow-up to confirm the connection held.

What Rally Point does not do

Rally Point does not replace emergency services, medical practitioners, psychologists, psychiatrists, allied-health professionals, legal practitioners or accredited claims/advocacy services. It improves access and coordination, and connects people with those qualified professionals directly.
