Why Rally Point exists
Support for veterans, serving members, first responders and their families does exist — but it is scattered across departments, providers and organisations, and you generally need to already understand the system to get anywhere in it. People in the hardest part of their lives are asked to become experts in administration.
Rally Point Australia was created to remove that first barrier. You don't need a diagnosis, a service category or a completed form. You come with a problem, and Rally Point helps identify the need, navigate the systems involved, and connect you with the right professional or service.
It is deliberately local. Knowing which Toowoomba GP understands veterans' health, which sub-branch will make room, and which service actually has capacity this month is knowledge you only get by being here.
