A veteran talking with a Rally Point support worker in a Darling Downs community hall

Regroup. Recover. Move forward.

If you don't know where to start, start at Rally Point.

One local door into the support veterans, serving ADF members, first responders and families need — without having to know the system first. Serving Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, Queensland.

The One Door model

Instead of being passed between agencies, you deal with one person who knows the local landscape and stays with you until you're connected.

  1. 1. You make contact

One email or short message. No diagnosis, service category or completed form needed.

  2. 2. We work out what's needed

A plain conversation about your situation and what matters most right now.

  3. 3. We navigate the systems

DVA, health, housing, employment, community — finding the right door for you.

  4. 4. We follow up

A warm introduction to the right service, then a check-in to make sure it held.

This is a community project — help build it

Rally Point is one person and a lot of goodwill. If you can give time, capacity, contacts or support, you'll shape what this becomes for the Darling Downs.

  • Volunteers

Veterans, families and locals who can give a few hours — driving, admin, a phone call, a cuppa.

  • Local services & clinicians

GPs, psychologists and allied health willing to hold a place for someone Rally Point sends your way.

  • Sub-branches & ESOs

Groups already doing the work who want one shared local door instead of another silo.

  • Employers & supporters

Businesses who can offer a job, a room, in-kind help or sponsorship as the service grows.
